Welcome to our Language Learning Tracker Template!

Are you trying to learn a language individually or with a tutor, but don't know how to track your progress? Do you know how much time you have already spent learning a language? This language learning tracker will help you take control of your learning. Create your learning plan and easily track your progress!

Unlike many templates, this Template is based on learning One Language and uses the Agile system. Each language level is a separate sprint. Close the sprint as soon as you master the language level.

One of the most important questions in language learning is - How much time do you spend learning the language? The CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference) for Languages states that it will take 500-600 hours to learn a new language of the first group (which includes English) to level B2. Thus, knowing the number of hours required to master a level, you can easily draw up a learning plan for a week, month, or year.

What's included?

• Language levels: here you can add which language levels you are going to learn, and set the time for which you plan to master the level!
• Lessons and timetable: Easily create lessons according to the type of lesson (video lesson, reading, listening, etc.)! Determine how many lessons you want to take for each level.
• Progress Tracker: Tracking your progress is an important part of learning a language! Having clear and specific goals on your timeline will help you keep track of important goals and deadlines. Track how much time you spent learning the language in a month, and how much time you spent on the basic basic skills of the language. Compare by month how much time you spent learning the language.
• Resources: If you need to store your resources like tutorials, websites, and app recommendations, we've included a database for that too!

How to download the template?

Once you've made your purchase, open the template link and click "Duplicate" in the top right corner to copy it to your workspace.

Does this template provide a plan for learning English?

No! The template allows you to track the time you spend learning the language. As an example, it contains a lesson plan and schedule for learning English, which will make it easier for you to understand the importance of tracking time spent. After downloading the template, you should configure the lessons according to your learning plan.

Who is the template suitable for?

The template is suitable for those who are going to learn the language on their own, as well as for tutors who want to create a language learning plan. I developed this template for personal purposes because I did not find the right template that helped me track my progress.
